Schezwan Fried Rice
Schezwan fried rice a spicy rice dish from indo chinese cuisine.it has special sauce like schezwan sauce,soy sauce,chilli sauce.Schezwan sauce give it a spicy chilli garlic flavoured.This is the perfect recipe for the spicy food lovers.It is very easy to make at home in just 20 minutes.Prepration Time: 20 mins

Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients:
2 tbsp schezuan sauce
1-2 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions (whites and greens)
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped french beans
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
salt to taste.
Method:
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan or a wok, add the garlic and ginger and sauté on a medium flame for few second.
Add the spring onions, capsicum, carrot and french beans and sauté on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add schezuan sauce, soya sauce, vinegar,chill sauce mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Add the rice and salt mix well and cook on a high flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately garnished with spring onion greens.
Note: Don't overcooked rice and vegetables.
Add vegetables as per taste.
