Rice kheer
Rice Kheer is a one of the favourite dessert in India made with rice, milk, nuts and saffron. Rice kheer made for festival or celebration or as a dessert after meal. This is very quick and easy recipe for any festival occasion at home. I always make this kheer.it is most popular kheer recipe in north-India made with seviyan kheer and phirni. Rice kheer is made two ways one is using cooked rice which take less time and second is raw rice kheer.Lets follow the cooked rice kheer recipe.Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

Total Time: 40 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
2 cup milk
2 tablespoon condense milk
2-4 tablespoon almond, cashewnut, saffron
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder (jaiphal)
Method:
Take cooked rice in a pan. Add milk and condense milk.
Mix well turns the heat on medium flame.
Add chopped nuts, saffron cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder and mix it well. Let mixture come to simmer.
Let it cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally cook till it is thickened.
Once you get thicken consistency. Turn off the flame.
Garnish with few stand saffron
Rice kheer is ready to serve.
Tips: Add rose water for nice flavoured.
