RAJGIRA PURI

Rajgira Puri/Vrat Ki Puri

Rajgira Puri is simple to make during the fasting days. It is also use to make parathas apart from this rajgira puris. You can consider making singhara ke atta ki puris and vrat ke chawal with vrat ki chutney. you can also check this collection of Festival/fasting recipe on my blog.serve this rajgira puri with vrat ke aloo,vrat ki kadhi.


Prepration time:20 Minutes

Cooking Time:25 Minutes

Total time:45 Minutes

Serving:2-3

Ingredients:

1 cup Rajgira ka atta

1 large potato

Sendha namak as required

Water as required 

Method:

Boil the potato,Peel and mash it in the bowl.

Add rajgira atta and salt, mix whole mixture well.

Then add little water just above two teaspoon and being to knead the dough.


Again add very little water and knead.

The dough should neither be sticky nor be dry.

Keep aside cover for 15 minutes.

Take a Butter paper,make medium size puris not thick or thin.Put some ghee on your hand and make puris and fry puris in hot oil.


Serve Rajgira puri  hot with vrat ki chutney,vrat ki sabzi or any vegetable curry.

Note:
Dont make the puris thick or thin.
