CHOCOLATE PANCAKE

Chocolate Pancake(Dora cake)

Kids will surely love this recipe this is Doraemon all time favourite Dora cake with chocolate. It's very Delicious dish lets try this recipe. This is one of the kids favourite tiffin recipe for kids.

Preparation Time:15 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Serve: 2

Ingredients:

1 cup maida (all purpose flour) 

chocolate spread(as needed)

1/2 tbsp Honey

2 tbsp powder suger

Vanilla essence(1-2 drops optional)

Milk(as required)

1/2 tbsp baking soda.

Butter/oil

METHOD:

Put all ingredients(maida,baking soda,powder sugar)in bowel mix it well. 

Add milk,honey,vanilla essence (optional) mix it if batter is thick than add milk as needed. Make sure there is no lumps in a batter keep a side for 5 minutes.

Heat a pan, grease the pan with some oil.Pour one ladelful of batter spread consistency should be a thick pancake. 

cook on a low flame for 1-2 minutes when bubbles appear on the upper surface flip the pancake pour little butter/oil around pancakes. Cook form the other side for few second Pancake should be light golden brown from both side.

For making dora  pancakes take a one pancakes spread the chocolate spread over one side of pancakes cover the chocolate spread with another pancakes.

Dora pancakes is ready to serve.

Suggestion:
Take one  standard size spoon or cup for pour batter for all pancakes.
