Mango Custard Ice Cream And Popsicle

In this Summer,try this delicious Mango Custard Ice Cream and Popsicle. My Daughters really enjoyed it and demanded to make this once again. Ingredients:

Half Cup Mango Puree.

3 Tbsp Vanilla Or Mango Custard Powder

500 ml Full Fat Milk

1/4 Cup Sugar (As Per Taste)


Method:

In Mixture jar add peel and cut mangoes And make fine puree.

Now in a pan boil milk one milk started boiling take 1/4 cup milk in a bowl add 3 tbsp custard powder in it mix it well and make lumps free batter,keep aside.

Once milk started boiling lower the flame and pour custard mixture little at a time and stir continuously or else milk will start curdleing.

Keep stirring till milk thickens well. Keep aside to cool completely.

Once Custard cool down completely,add Mango puree and mix it well or blend it well.

Transfer the prepard mixture into the popsicle mould or in an airtight container.

Cover with lid and freeze for 12 hours. or till it sets completely.

After 10 hours,dip the mould and container in a hot water for 10 seconds, To easily remove it.

Finally Serve  Mango Custard Ice-cream and Popsicle to kids and enjoy the summer.
