Paan Shot Drink
Paan Shots is a refreshing, mouth freshener drink that is inspired from the meetha pan that we Indians usually consume after a heavy meal.
Made from Betel leaves; these Paan Shots are usually served after dinner or meals in restaurants back in India.
A ridiculously easy to make drink that is packed with tons of flavour. Make this for your next party or just like that and serve to your family; I am sure they will absolutely love this.
Ingredients:
3-4 Betel Leaves(Meetha Paan)
Paan Masala(You can easily get it from market or make at home using my method)
2-3 scoop vanilla Ice-cream
Pinch of Green Food Colour
1 cup Chilled Milk
Tutti Frutti for decoration
Method:
For Paan Masala:
1/2 Tsp Saunf
2-3 Tbsp Gulkand
1 tbsp Deccicated Coconut
Dry Mukhwas
For Paan Shots:
Add Wet Betel leaves,grind it.
Add Paan Masala(cut it in small parts),Pinch of green food colour,Ice Cream and Blend Smoothly.
Add chilled milk and again Blend.
Serve it in Shot Glasses and Garnish with ice-cream and tutti Frutti.
