OATS BAR

Oats Bar

Breakfast bars come in all shapes and sizes. From crunchy to chewy, soft, fruity, or nutty – we love all variations of this convenient and tasty snack. But beware, not all oat bars are vegan and not all vegan oat bars are healthy.
And if you know a little bit about us, you’ll probably guess that our following recipe won’t just be entirely plant-based and made from easy to find ingredients, but also wholesome and nourishing.
This healthy oats bar would help boost immunity system,digestion of food. Even kids can have this oats bar. Just eat 1 bar everyday and you will notice yourself how improvement is in your body. !!!☺️Enjoy☺️!!!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp ghee

1 bowl oats

1 bowl roasted penuts coarsely griend

1 bowl Jaggery grated.

Method:

In a pan add  tbsp ghee now add 1 bowl oats roast till oats become crispy.

Add roasted peanutes and grated jaggery and let it jaggery melt very well.

Turn off the flame.

Put mixture in a foli coverd tray.

Cut it in a bar shape

Let it cool down compelety.

Oats bar is ready to serve.
