RAW MANGO PUDINA CHUTNEY

Raw Mango Pudina Chutney

This tangy raw mango pudina chutney is prepared by blending raw mangoes with pudina.The chutney prepared with this recipe has perfectly balanced spicy and tangy taste as chillies and gingervgives it a spicy touch while pudina and coriander leaves bring their own nuances.

Ingredients:


2 small sized raw mangoes(washed and chopped)

2 green chilli

Chopped ginger

1 tbsp rock salt(sendha namak)
1 tbsp cumin powder

1/2 coriander and pudina(mint) leaves

Water as needed

Method:

In a mixer jar,add pudina(mint) and coriander leaves,green chilli,chopped ginger,rock salt,cumin powder and water.



Blend all the ingredients well.


Take raw mango pudina chutney in a serving bowl.

Serve with any sabzi or paratha.
