Dates Milkshake
Dates are sweet, Delicious fruits from the tropical oasis they are full of minerals and energy to help us to stay fit and healthy. They are fruits grown on the palm tree.They are moderate sources of Vitamin A and have antioxidant properties, which are good for healthy vision. Today in this post i would like to share a milkshake recipe using Dates.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Serve: 2
Ingridients:
10-12 Dates
2 Cups milk
Pinch of vanilla essence
Method:
Remove the hard pits from dates, chopped them coarsely.
Add them to the Blender with 1/2 cup of milk.
Blend it till gets smooth puree.
Then add rest of the milk again.
Again blend it till everything is blended well.
Pour in to the glass and serve.
Note: You can also add vanilla ice-cream for nice twist .
