Bread Rasmalai
Bread Rasmalai is one of my and my family favourite dessert. It is very easy to make & tastes awesome. Especially on sundays after heavy lunch, every one crave for some dessert ...Go ahead and try this bread Rasmalai recipe.
Serving-3
Ingredients:
White bread slices-4-6
Cashew nuts-8-10 (crushed)
Almonds-8-10 (chopped/crushed)
Pistachio-8-10 (chopped/crushed)
Sugar-50 gms
Saffron- 2 pinch
Method:
Turn on the flame and put the milk pot on it. Increase the flame high to low let the milk boil.
Once milk started boil reduce flame and stir continusely. Boil the milk till milk reduce half of its quantity.that is 1/2 litre.
Boil it on low flame till it reduces to 1/4 of its original quantity(i.e. 1/4 litre), keep stirring.
Turn off the flame let it cool down for 5- 10 minutes.
Take a bread slice remove the edges.
Cut the bread slice with cookies cutter(circle shape).
Take two bread slices and dip it into the malai, leave it in malai for 20-30 seconds.
Garnish with saffron, Bread rasmalai is ready.
Serve immediately or chilled.
