Ladi Pav/Bun is an awesome side food which you can have as tea time snack or with any dish like misal pav or pav bhaji. I have recently uploaded Sweet Bun recipe in my Youtube video as well as in my blog,it's just similar like that,but the difference is I have used yeast in sweet bun and here i am making it without yeast. I hope you will all like it.
Ingredients:
2 cup All purpose Flour(Maida)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Fruit salt(Eno)
1 tbsp Powder sugar
1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup Curd
Water(as required)
Oil (for Kneading)
Butter/Milk(For greasing)
Method:
In a bowl,add maida,baking powder,fruit salt,powder sugar,salt and mix it well.
Add oil,curd and water and knead a soft dough and knead for 7-8 minutes. Don't apply much pressure.
After 7-8 minutes,divide in small parts and make balls and place in a greased cake tin and wash balls with milk.
Preheat a kadhai on medium flame and place tin and bake for 35-40 minutes.
After 35-40 minutes,grease with butter.
Remove it and again grease it with butter and cover it with napkin for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes,soft and spongy ladi pav is ready!

Note/Tip:
1. If you don't have baking powder,you can use 1 and 1/2 tsp fruit salt.
